    Roles & Responsibilities

    About the job: To provide secretarial assistance and support to the partners, associates and other fee earners in the Singapore Dispute Resolution team.

    Key relationships: Work closely with partners, associates and other fee-earners

    Main duties and responsibilities:

    · Document processing/production

    · Filing document via e-litigation

    · File Management

    · Preparing bills & invoices

    · Conflict checks coordination

    · Handle incoming calls and general enquiries

    · Diary Management

    · Travel arrangement

    · Other ad hoc projects assigned by fee-earners

    Person specification:

    Education / Experienece / Qualifications:

    · An entry-level diploma in law holder or GCE A level holder

    · 3 - 4 years of secretary / PA experienece in legal industry

    · Must have e-Litigation experience

    · Good command of written and spoken English

    General Skills:

    • Possess basic competent legal research and drafting skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent IT skills; MS Word and PowerPoint
    • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
    • The ability to prioritize and work under tight schedule.
    • A good team player.
    • Well organised, detail oriented.
    • Friendly, approachable and flexible.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
