The Job:


  • Assist in managing marketing functions and activities of the organisation, e.g. open house, seminars, exhibitions, etc.
  • Responsible for marketing collateral design/printing, content development (on social media platform), video production, etc.
  • Conduct presentations, monitor budget and performance and other marketing related tasks
  • Assist in other daily operation tasks, e.g. maintaining website, refreshing social media content, updating database, etc.
  • Assist in project and coordination
  • Any other adhoc tasks
  • Diploma in marketing, mass communication, or relevant disciplines

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in event, exhibition, roadshow as well as social media marketing:

  • IT Savvy and proficient in graphic tools, (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), wordpress, and/or marketing tools
  • Good presentation skill and people skill
  • Good in writing English
