Your Job
Lead and manage product engineering and functional & characterization team to drive the following programs to fulfil fab OKRs:

  • Identify a nd d rive process margin and tool related yield loss through fast detection and containment
  • Drive Di e yield meeting to meet Fab technologies D0 roadmap, RMA (CONC)
  • Drive low yield cases following up and closure
  • Customer management related to yield matters, yield roadmap
  • Cross Fab yield interlocks, Yield projection
  • Set up PMO to drive Die yield and low yield meetings
  • Work with product line on yield related terms in MA or LTA contracts
  • Support and drive digital manufacturing to improve datamining efficiency and yield analysis
  • Endorsed RMA / SBL limits in product RTP
  • Drive yield CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to deliver organizational OKR s
  • Perform product/process partitioning study for yield & defect characterization to drive defect improvements
  • Ensure that processes are well documented, failure modes are assessed and have mitigation and detection in place
  • Enable remote hub product engineering skills and support
  • Capex / OPEX efficiency management on in house test asset s
  • Support inhouse IP characterization, test development on inhouse develop SRAM, NVM, RF and Logic macros, PRM testing and PFA
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements

Required Qualifications:


  • PhD / Masters / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering
  • More than 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry
  • Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in foundry or similar industry background will be an added advantage
  • Analytical with good interpersonal skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player and has strong leadership qualities
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills
  • High Integrity
