Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach
- Engage in telemarketing activities to make appointments with potential leads
- Responsible for handling and following up with customer enquiries and converting them into customers
- Be proactively engaged in maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs
- Manage existing relationships with clients to crosssell, upsell and resell
- Work with marketing team to generate leads and seek out new sales avenues through campaigns and promotions
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding reviews, analyses, objectives and planned activities
- Training will be provided and support given by company to hit sales targets
- Monthly remuneration includes basic and variable components
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels and above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Selfmotivated, able to work independently
- (preferred) 1 year of digital marketing experience (i.e. social media, paid advertising)
