The Job

As a Customer Support & Operations Executive, you will be acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other servicerelated issues.
Developing account plans to enhance service delivery.
Conducting analysis and valuations of the product in order to make recommendations regarding investment strategy.
Creating detailed reports and presentations for marketing purposes.
You have at least 3 years experience within a Account Manager, Analyst or Sales/Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Financial Services and Internet industry.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
