Operations Manager - Singapore - HJ BISTRO PTE. LTD.

Description

Duties also include reporting to the senior management daily to check of the delivery schedule that has been assigned to.

• Monitor operational process and ensuring it fall within operation budget. Hence achieving efficiencies and productivities. Implement Strategies to meet financial objectives.
• Monitor operation costs control and quantities operations, minimise food wastage and ensure high level food hygiene. Ensuring all company activities comply with local authority's regulation and procedures.
• Daily Administrative paper works (food supplies, customer's order, confirmation, invoicing and etc), Basic Simple POS administrating and accounting.
• Manning of the business Bistro. Improving operational process flow hence drive productivity for both front and back of HJ Bistro business. Analyse and initiate measurement to improve productivities and good services at all level. Planning of manpower schedule is also part of his/her responsilbility.
• Handling customer service relation and managing the online delivery Platform and social media Platorm.
