**Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Developing marketing materials

  • Conduct thorough research to gather key information about potential leads, including contact details, industry insights, and organizational structure.
  • To schedule and coordinate client visits to our showroom.
  • Develop and implement showroom displays and presentations
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, product samples, and demonstrations for client visits.
  • Data entries, including new, existing updating and maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems with relevant data
  • Assisting with website updates, SEO optimization.
  • Processing orders and coordinating with relevant departments

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 2 years of experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software such as HubSpot for data management and analysis.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques for website management, SEO optimization.
  • Customercentric mindset and team player
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • An organized multitasker
