My client a leading Pharmaceutical/Healthcare company is looking out for a Market Intelligence Research Manager, these skill sets and job descriptions as mentioned:Responsibilities:
- Responsible for proactive, external information collection and analysis of Competitive Developments and HCP/Consumer insights
- Gather and evaluate relevant market and competitor information to review market position and determine threats and opportunities
- Oversee trends in macroeconomic environment affecting APAC regional business
- Consolidate and validate market data/insights from countries for our quarterly business reviews
- Develop and design market research proposals including resource allocation and budget management
- Management of research and insights agencies to ensure oversight over optimization of resources across all related research projects
- Identify and solidify current and future market trends annually to prepare the organization and inform APAC Leadership Team and Regional Brand Teams
Skills & Experiences:
- Over 7 years of experience and demonstrated skills in developing, managing, and delivering market intelligence strategies and plans in a midlarge complex organization
- Over 3 years of experience in conducting market research in Healthcare/Medical Aesthetics/FMCG industry across international or multicultural markets
- Familiarity with competitive landscape and bringing new ideas to the table both at the strategic and executional level
