Job Description

• Collate, update and maintain property/ client database

• Carry out marketing activities for appointed projects and open listings

• Conduct canvassing calls to prospective clients

• Conduct site visits and manage queries

• Prepare presentations, proposals and updates for clients

• Build rapport with existing and prospective clients through regular updates and networking

• Proactive in developing new business opportunities

Requirements

• Possesses a CEA Salesperson License

• Possesses positive work attitude, drive and resilience to meet job challenges

• Good interpersonal, problem-solving and presentation skills

• A team player who is also able to work independently

• Innovative and resourceful

• Technology savvy and competent in MS office & social media programs (Facebook, Linkedin etc)

• Good command of written and oral English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
