    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Support the implementation and maintenance of academic processes and documentation.
    • Actively contribute to the organization of academic events and holistic education activities.
    • Prepare and conduct academic surveys and perform analysis.
    • Provide administrative support to the course delivery, compile assignments from the students, provide support for Academic Director on student assessments/examinations and student grading.
    • Able to manage students' academic filing and Edu trust filing system
    • Compile documents for new lecturer registrations
    • Arrange for peer observation schedule.
    • Conduct Industrial attachment visits as a mentor and prepare reports.
    • Able to manage self-study sessions of the students.
    • Ensure that all the academic information related to students are always updated and ready for reporting.
    • Work closely with Academic Director or Management and able to do ad hoc duties in the academic department.
