- Support property operations such as infrastructure, property systems (e.g. Car park, Public Wifi) in shopping malls, residential/commercial buildings, Biz Parks and/or hospitality environment.
- Work effectively with the end user community and with respective IT teams to ensure efficiency of the systems that are implemented to support the business.
- Define project scope, create and maintain a project plan with resource estimation, time and budget requirements and establish deadlines.
- Negotiate and manage outsourcing vendors and ensure timely delivery of their deliverables.
- Responsible for delivery of projects as defined in the project scope and within project budget and project timeline.
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or Information Technology-related course
- Experience in supporting property IT operations is highly preferred
- Experience with the following IT network skill set: Cisco network products including configuration of devices like Cisco ASA/FTD firewall, routers and switches. Knowledge Meraki and HP network products is a plus Classless subnetting, TC/IP protocols and layers of OSI model Fault isolation and break-fix for network issues Knowledge of SDWAN is a plus
- Experience in supporting End User Technology across multiple geographies
- Excellent project management, analytical and organization skill
- Customer focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in ITIL, PMP/CITPM or CCNA will be an added advantage
- Able to work effectively in a team
