Admin Accountant - Singapore - GOLDEN DRAGON EMPLOYMENT AGENCY GROUP
Description
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Manage and execute regional payroll administration
- Handle claims processing and ensure timeliness, accuracy and compliance to company policies
- Maintain HR database, leave records and employee files
- Ensure proper documentation and filing procedures
- Provide daytoday HR administrative support
- Any other duties or projects as assigned
- Must have time management and handle the job as procedures
- Must have construction account experiences
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or other relevant qualifications
- At least 1 to 2 years' experience as an HR or Admin Assistant or similar role
- Well organized, systematic and able to handle multiple tasks at one point of time
- Proven organization skills with attention to details and the ability to prioritize and work in an environment with competing demands
- Team player, energetic, serviceoriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
