Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:Provide customer service at an exemplary level upholding the professional image of the companyStay engaged with customers to ensure a positive customer experience during their scheduled appointmentProvide product advisory, answer to customers enquiries, and explaining procedures over the phoneAssist with clients account managementTactfully and professionally follow up with customers, to elicit timely repaymentsContact customers tactfully to negotiate plans of reloansMaintain and update customers' records on timely basisRequirements
Minimum GCE O level / Degree holder in any field or other equivalent qualificationsMinimum one year of relevant experience.
