Description

• Strong In Exterior & Interior Design conceptualizations and prepare details drawings
• Knowledge of Design Space Planning, Concept Development, Construction Detailing & Implementation
• Determine client's goals and requirements, understand client's needs to propose suitable designs.
• Able to handle full set of interior design working including general design, presentation, documentation and site supervision
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors
• Excellent knowledge with construction detailing using various materials

• At least a Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or equivalent qualification with 3 years' experience in residential interior design
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Positive attitude and good team player
• Possess effective organizational and followup skills with emphasis on attention to details
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels in a professional and responsive manner
• Good knowledge of furniture and carpentry work will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Design software (AutoCad, 3D Max, Sketchup, Lumion and Photoshop) & Microsoft Office Applications (Power Point)
