- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) with 14 to 17 years work experience (or) Master Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) with 12 to 15 years work experience with minimum of 10 years work experience in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas area or FPSO line(s). Also Diploma in Engineering with 17 to 20 years work experience (making the equivalent to degree) can also be considered.
- Ability to define concepts of completion process.
- Experience in design of FPSO's including FEED, detailed design, construction, commissioning& start-up phase.
- Experience of Topsides Mechanical & Rotating Systems and EPCIC to handover to operations
- Experience in rotating equipment & package technical specification, such as specification and mechanical data sheet
- Experience in leading the team in troubleshooting the compressors, gas turbine generator and high energy pumps
- Have thorough knowledge of rotating equipment internals
- Have knowledge of rotor-gearbox-motor/gas turbine alignment with different balancing methods
- Experience with rotating equipment's critical speeds
- In depth knowledge of different type of shaft couplers and shaft connection methods
- Have knowledge of industrial codes and standards is desirable
- Have proven project experience and skills in Testing, Pre-commissioning, Commissioningexecution and startup offshore.
- Experience in offshore plant startup and stabilization and able to provide Operations withtechnical support throughout start-up, stabilization, and performance testing.
- Experience in commissioning and startup of Gas Turbine Generator.
- Experience in commissioning and startup of Gas Compression and Gas Treatment plants.
- Experience in commissioning and startup of Water Treatment and Water Injection plants.
- Work experience within strict regulatory environments and aligning commissioningindependencies with engineering compliance and contractual requirements.
- Familiar in use of Software, Database systems related to System Completion, Project Management (MS Project / P6) and General computer literacy (MS office).
