- To complete the admission formalities of the applicants.
- To provide necessary administrative support services to International Admissions Office and Education Consultant.
- Ensure efficient and effective processing of applicants to support the admission of students.
- Develops and improves student administration process.
- Oversees the overall management of student records in terms of accuracy and integrity.
- Provide good consultation to students.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- Able to converse in bilingual (English and Mandarin) is an advantage.
- At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Interpersonal skills, Communication skills.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/ Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
