    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job purpose:

    • To complete the admission formalities of the applicants.
    • To provide necessary administrative support services to International Admissions Office and Education Consultant.

    Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

    • Ensure efficient and effective processing of applicants to support the admission of students.
    • Develops and improves student administration process.
    • Oversees the overall management of student records in terms of accuracy and integrity.
    • Provide good consultation to students.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
    • Able to converse in bilingual (English and Mandarin) is an advantage.
    • At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Required Skill(s): Interpersonal skills, Communication skills.
    • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/ Administrative Support or equivalent.
    • Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
