Roles & Responsibilities

In the Operation Intelligence team, we innovate through scheduling systems, simulation solutions and data analytics insights that guide and execute critical decisions in the fab. We also partner with different departments in the plant to enable them to gain insights from data to make decisions that enables breakthrough in the business. Responsibilities :

• Oversee fab scheduling and simulation solutions that plans and makes critical decisions for the production line
• Develop high quality data analytics that give insights and drive actions to enable the team to make the right decisions
• Explore new frontier ideas, concepts and technology and apply it to Micron to enable breakthrough solutions
• Design and coordinate projects with several different departments to identify optimization opportunities and deliver solutions
• Apply industrial engineering concepts to line management, capacity analysis, scheduling and production planning
• Work with management team to develop applications to continuously improve production metrics

Requirements:

• Drive to make a difference and passion to explore new frontiers
• Proactive and collaborate effectively in a rapidly changing environment
• Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic, and can work independently
• Proficiency in basic programming skills
• Knowledge and experience in object-oriented programming, database technologies, analytics and Business Intelligence tools is a plus
