Job Description & Requirements :

• Report directly to the Project Manager & BIM Manager
• Responsible for the development, implementation and management of VEP, VDC methodologies, processes and standardsof design works
• Coordinate with other Consultants and Contractor on VDC
• Oversee appropriate data flow internally and externally before release or exchange of model with other parties
• Participate in coordination meetings and 3D review sessions
• Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering
• Specialist Diploma or Training certificationin BIM
• Minimum 2 years' experience in BIM related work in Construction industry
• Candidate with HDB/Condominium projects drafting experience will be an advantage
• Must be proficient in BIM, Revit MEP(Architecture, MEP, Structure), Auto Cad, Revit & MS Office
• Singaporean/PR preferred
