Description

Responsible for the organisation and setup of the Group's Asia Convertible Bond Desk in Singapore. Operating within Asia.
Business development will also be under your purview and you will be responsible for hiring a team and training.

Requirement:

A minimum of 10 years experience of investment management experience, with directly in a portfolio management function within the Asia Convertible Bond Market.

Strong convertible market knowledge/skillset Have a strong market presence, proven track recond and a dedicated client base within Asia. Ambitious dynamic, self-motivated individual with strong management and leadship qualities. An ability to effectively communicate and show strong presentation (both written and verbal) as well as interpersonal skills.

A high level of initiative and team orientation, with humility and a keen ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, global environment.

Be highly motivated and display an ability to work well within a team.
