Responsibilities:


  • To assist engineers in job scheduling and coordinate filed service attendances locally and overseas
  • Communicate with Marine
- & Offshore customers and manage Engineers attendance on board Ships at Singapore Anchorage, Ports and Ship Yards.

  • Maintain engineer's service attendance schedule
  • Updating and compiling of service reports, invoice preparations
  • Customer & Crane Data maintenance
  • Other field servicerelated coordination and admin duties

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in a marine service environment is of advantage
  • Able to multitask and be a team player
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers worldwide
  • Singaporeans only
