    Architectural Assistant

  • Singapore

    • Your responsibilities include:

  • Produce architectural working drawings
  • Review and check drawings for compliance with authorities' requirements
  • Complete tender drawing package
  • Familiar with Singapore building regulations and codes, submission of plans to the authorities and corenet e-submission

    • What you will need:

  • 0-2 years relevant experience, preferably in the architecture and built industry sector. We will be happy to train graduate with the right aptitude
  • Diploma in Architectural Technology or relevant technical certifications
  • Good track record in Autocad, Autodesk Revit software and BIM (Architecture)
  • A strategic and lateral thinker who is comfortable engaging at the strategic level, as well as hands-on in program execution
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and a good team player
