- Manage the daily BAU operations for Cloud-Infra.
- Discuss with client on new projects. Discuss & close the project estimation with client for the program.
- Stakeholder management – Keeping in touch with client partner on daily basis to understand any pain point.
- Team/People management.
- Creating the monthly/weekly Status reports and present to internal/external stakeholders.
- Able to articulate key activities planned to Key Stakeholders.
- Manage Key Stakeholder expectations and align delivery accordingly.
- Attending to Business & Technical Users on a Day-to-Day Queries / Requests.
- Attending to Change Requests, Incidents, Service request.
- Participating in Regular Planned BAU Activities.
- Education: Any graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in Cloud Infrastructure production support.
- Technical Skills (mandatory):
- System/Windows support.
- Cloud support.
- Storage/Backup.
- Domain Skills (mandatory):
- 10 or more years managing BAU operations for Infra/Cloud.
- Software delivery management.
- Stakeholder management (Client, Users, Vendors, and Partners).
- Skilled at requirement and business analysis.
- Skilled at functional and technical analysis.
- Good interpersonal and people management skills.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
