Based in Singapore, reporting to Content Operations Manager, this Specialist, Content Operations role will be supporting the team on the execution of content lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:

Work with internal team and content partners to execute optimal strategy for content lifecycle management
Support the growth of Chinese contents on Viki including:
Communicate with content partners and internal stakeholders to launch content
Preparation works to release the contents on Viki
Manage master assets and metadata
Monitor content launches and fix content related issues that impact viewing experience e.g. delay, metadata, display issue, flag, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree. Film related discipline will be a plus 13 years of work experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Fluent in English and Chinese, to communicate with our content providers
Experience in video editing tools e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc is a must
Familiarity with media format, codec is a plus
Familiarity with subtitling tools is a plus
Ability to adapt to constant change and ambiguous situations and be able to work with tight timelines
Familiarity with Chinese dramas/contents are a plus
