Description

• Design and develop control strategies for HVAC, lighting, security, and other building systems using programming languages and software tools suitable for BMS platforms.
• Customize and configure BMS software to monitor, control, and optimize building systems based on specific project requirements.
• Integrate various building systems and devices, such as sensors, actuators, controllers, and communication protocols, to create a seamless and interoperable BMS.
• Write and maintain code documentation, including functional specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of BMS software and hardware components to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with installation and maintenance teams to oversee the implementation of BMS solutions and provide technical support during the commissioning phase.
• Keep uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BMS programming and automation.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management to ensure project goals are met.
• Provide training and support to endusers on BMS operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
