Description

Responsibilities:
Contact with institutional and developer exposure.

Wideranging contact with regional consultants, architects, and engineers.
Knowledgeable with various contractual procedures.
Capable of managing business development independently.
Work in close collaboration with the tender department and HQ to execute the project's scope of work, react to inquiries for clarification, and resolve any problems as they arise.
Work together with the bid team to oversee the proposal response process, including the specific needs for the bid or tender.
Manage relationships with current and prospective clients to create new possibilities and achieve the commercial objectives of the organization.
Contract market business development experience working with elite architects, consultants, and enduser clients.
Manage client acquisition and develop new business prospects to keep the organization competitive and relevant.
Carry out the necessary market research to find possible collaborators for specific projects.
Interact with prospective clients, consulting companies, etc. to gather data on selected projects.
To conduct a market analysis and find potential local project leads.
Resourceful and wellinformed about prospective new ventures in the market.
Familiar with engineering norms and requirements set by local authorities.
Solid practical understanding of general construction, particularly for complex and largescale civil engineering projects.

Requirements:

Having strong experience in the construction industry and familiarity with Singapore's construction industry and market

Good at both Chinese and English, specially strong capability of Chinese listening and speaking,

Frequently travel to Vietnam and China,

Workplace at Tuas South. And doing over-time job required.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the capacity to forge lasting connections with customers;
