Customer Service Assistant - Singapore - HUB DISTRIBUTORS SERVICES PTE LTD
Description
Key Task Responsibilities
- Process customer's orders timely and accurately
- Handle customer's enquiries and provide sales quotations
- Efficient and smooth handling of customers' request
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and
- Prepare Job Costing upon receipt of Proof of Deliveries (POD)
- Ensure all POD are returned on same day or latest tomorrow
- Ensure all good returns are returned accordingly to schedule
- Handling of cargo documentation (Import/Export)
- Prepare delivery reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly as per request)
- Work closely with Operation Executive and Operation Supervisor for POD and Invoices
Requirement
- Minimum NITEC / Diploma in any discipline preferably with Certificate in Supply Chain / Logistics
- Familiar with Singapore road and traffic conditions
- Quick to resolve discrepancies and provide alternative solutions
- Good interpersonal, coordination and organisational skills
- Possess a positive work attitude and problem solving skills
- Meticulous and detailoriented
