**Job Description of a Sales Manager

The core roles of the Sales manager are to achieve business and sales targets through proactive leads generation, formulate business approaches in order to achieve and exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately to meet the customer needs within a competitive business environment.

**Job Responsibilities: - Lead the sales process from lead/enquiry generation to positive negotiations and deals closing

  • Proactively build up and maintain good working relationship with business partners (for eg. Real estate salespersons, business network and contacts etc) for business intelligence as well as business opportunities
  • Provide accurate and detailed sales forecast of identified and proposed opportunities to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Actively solicit for new accounts to generate direct sales
  • Ensure that members are happy with the services of the Company and renew their agreement and/or expand their business setup with the Company
  • Provide ideas, take initiatives, and execute workable action plans to attract new members and to improve the branding and corporate image of the Company
  • Work closely with the General Manager, to oversee and deliver the sales team's performance targets and to offer guidance and necessary skill training to team members for their career development
  • Assist marketing team to develop and confirm monthly marketing content and initiatives
**Job Requirements: - Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate or related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Leasing experiences in coworking, serviced office, service apartments, developer sales or other sales related industries will be an added advantage
  • Sales driven personality with excellent track record
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Job Package:
  • Starting Salary of S$ per month onwards with attractive commission scheme
  • 5days work week
