MRR is equipped with experienced trading and commodity purchase professionals from China and Singapore. The trading products cover mainly iron ore, coking coal and other commodities, mainly from Australia, Brazil and India etc.By 2021, MRR has achieved annual revenue over US$4 billion with the quantity of 25 million metric tons of different products.
Trading Analyst
Job Description:
- Trace commodity products' prices and monitor mark-to-market price of current trade positions.
- Analyze macro, fundamentals and technical of commodities, form analytical charts for decision making, simulate performance of designed trading strategy.
- May get involved in trade finance discussion and to solve issues in physical trades.
- Learn about trading as a mentee of our trader and potentially take a trading book if simulated trading performance is good.
Requirements:
- Holder of bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, economics, mathematics or physics.
- Strong data analytical skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel. Programming experience is an advantage, preferably Python.
- Passionate and self-discipline.
- Understand China market or mandarin speaking is a plus.
