Description

Responsibilities:


  • To update and maintain of vessel schedule on time
  • To coordinate with local agent for engineer boarding schedule
  • Prepare and submit quotation with document attach
  • To maintain proper records and filing after job completed onboard
  • To prepare and submit invoice to client
  • To assist client and submit certification required
  • Other administrative support as and when directed by the senior management
  • Monitor all certification expiry

Job Requirement:


  • Minimum
    1 year working experience in administrative support roles (Life Boat)
  • Experience in ShipManagement and maritime industry is preferred.
  • Good team player with a good work attitude
  • Good organization and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Prior exposure in the areas of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment would be an advantage

Working Hours:8.30am-6.00pm (Mon-Fri)


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$2, $3,000.00 per month


Schedule:
Monday to Friday


Start Date:
