Responsibilities:
- To update and maintain of vessel schedule on time
- To coordinate with local agent for engineer boarding schedule
- Prepare and submit quotation with document attach
- To maintain proper records and filing after job completed onboard
- To prepare and submit invoice to client
- To assist client and submit certification required
- Other administrative support as and when directed by the senior management
- Monitor all certification expiry
Job Requirement:
- Minimum
1 year working experience in administrative support roles (Life Boat) - Experience in ShipManagement and maritime industry is preferred.
- Good team player with a good work attitude
- Good organization and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
- Prior exposure in the areas of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment would be an advantage
Working Hours:8.30am-6.00pm (Mon-Fri)
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$2, $3,000.00 per month

Monday to Friday
