About our group:

The Recording Media Operations team is looking for a Supervisor.

In this position, you will be responsible for direct supervision of the Operators including overseeing activities in a production area to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives.

About the role - you will:

Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed to meet production targets.
Maintain lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen and 6S to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
Lead and motivate a team of Manufacturing Specialists fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Provide coaching and guidance to team to enhance their skills, performance and high level of discipline.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

About you:
