    Description

    We are recruiting a Senior Director, Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) Digital to be based in Singapore, working within the IMX team in the ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP) Operating Unit.

    Job Summary:

    This role is responsible for leading a high-performance team, with the remit of driving the strategic digital marketing transformation with ASEAN and South Pacific and shape the ongoing digital marketing agenda. This role requires significant collaboration with cross-functional teams including (but not limited to) IMX, Category, Frontline, the DAO (Digital Acceleration Office), Human Insights, DTS (Digital and Technology Service) and other internal or external teams as required. The Leadership and Collaboration that this role demands will help shape and deliver ASP's objectives in Owned Digital and ensure those link clearly back to the overall business objectives of the Operating Unit.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and inspire a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth.
    • Define and iterate the LRP (Long-range Plan) and ABP (Annual Business Plan) for owned digital platforms, consumer data (acquisition and activation), social and emerging platforms, aligned with business and marketing objectives.
    • Implement robust measurement and analytics processes to evaluate the performance of digital marketing initiatives. Use data insights to refine strategies and improve the consumer engagement effectiveness across TCCC digital and social ecosystem.
    • Work closely with various Marketing departments and external providers to ensure digital strategies and initiatives align with Category strategies and the related consumer experience strategies. Collaborate with OU DAO, global IMX Digital and MarTech teams on the networked digital experience and capabilities priorities.
    • Test and learn the new digital business model and digital consumer experience by exploring new technologies, partnerships and way of workings.

    Requirements:

    • Passion for consumer-centered digital transformation and a desire to advocate for the most innovative digital business and the best consumer experience.
    • Minimum of 12-15 years proven experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or similar leadership role.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, coordinate dependencies and manage risks in complex environments.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
    • Proven experience in at least one customer-centric digital marketing domain, amongst owned digital platform, social and emerging platforms.
