The Commercial Manager is required to meet the following conditions:

Possession of a university education.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience either within the Company or in a managerial capacity.
Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, control, and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

The duties of the Commercial Manager encompass:

Verifying that vessels under full management adhere to the contractual terms specified in the respective management agreement.
Confirming that each Technical Superintendent is acquainted with the management agreement applicable to the vessels under their supervision.
Supervising the accurate and timely preparation of quarterly account reports from both the full management Accounts Groups and the Technical Department.
Exercising control and monitoring over the budgets of vessels in close cooperation with the Technical Fleet Manager and the respective Technical Superintendent.
Sustaining open communication channels with Owners consistently.
Possessing a thorough understanding of the Company's Management System.
Implementing the Company's Management System effectively.
Participating in the development of new procedures or the modification of existing ones.
Advocating and providing support for initiatives aimed at continual improvement.
Carrying out special tasks and projects in accordance with direct instructions from the Directors.
Collaborating with Technical Fleet Managers and Technical Superintendents to formulate budget proposals.
Presenting budget proposals to Top Management for approval prior to dispatching them to vessel owners.
Ensuring that budget proposals are sent to vessel owners in a timely manner at the conclusion of each calendar year, with diligent followup on pertinent issues until the new budget is mutually agreed upon and approved.
Vigilantly monitoring the company financial exposure on each client and promptly informing Top Management when such exposure becomes significant.
