- Manage the whole Purchase life cycle, from PO creation, Goods Receipt, to Invoice Receipt, for all IT services and IT purchases for 15 entities in the APAC region based on requests raised by IT teams.
- Work closely with all IT streams to ensure timely PO creation based on tickets raised for PO creation, GR, and IR, according to the internal Service Level Agreement.
- Ensure goods received and invoice match the purchase orders across Jira, Concur, SAP ECC and B1.
- Work closely with Accounts Payable and General Ledger team to resolve any issues and ensure that all payments are made in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Our APAC IT team has grown in both size and capacity following the transformation of the global IT organization. Reporting to Portfolio & Finance IT manager, APAC, The IT Finance Officer is responsible for supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) in the successful management of APAC IT department budget (Opex & Capex) and delivery of technology projects. They work closely with IT project managers, internal IT teams, vendors, and other business units, to ensure adherence to project management processes and standards, supporting project management tools and systems, and timely and accurate procurement of IT products and services.
