Reporting to the CEO to provide strategic leadership and technical expertise to drive innovation and align technology initiatives with business goalsSoftware Architecture:

Lead the transformation of our software architecture, ensuring it's scalable, secure, and able to meet the needs of the customer and incorporate new AI driven toolsProduct Enhancement:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings with focus on artificial intelligence concepts and be experienced in designing and implementing scalable AI solutions in healthcare industry and big data analytics

Technical Talent Development:
Build and lead a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation;Research & Development:

The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Master's or PHD in Artificial intelligence, Big Data analytics, Deep Learning or Inference, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Model related field; advanced degrees preferred.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Inference Acceleration or related field with a further 8 years in leadership/managementHands-on experience in deploying AI models on GPUDemonstrated experience in AI/ML technologies, with a specific focus on AI inference, optimisation, and apply with healthcare industry big data techniques.

Familiar with cloud, microservices, containerization and other related technologies.
Experience in building, leading, and mentoring engineering teams.
