Principal O&M Engineer (Solar C&I), EaaS

You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of all Photovoltaic (PV) systems in our Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) portfolio, resolving all anomalies/faults promptly and ensuring that the systems perform to a high standard.

You will manage the O&M team to:
Maintain all PV systems installed by the company or under O&M contractOversees and manage the appointed subcontractor/vendors for the maintenance workEnsure that all PV systems are performing through daily plant monitoringRespond to anomalies/faults, communicating with the local maintenance team, and coordinating with component manufacturers to troubleshoot and rectify the faultsReview the frequency of maintenance activities across various sites and ensure the PV system perform at optimal conditionProcess and analyse field data to evaluate performance of solar PV systems and prepare performance reports to respective stakeholdersHSE management for O&M related activitiesWork with the PV installation team and support on the PV system testing and commissioning as necessarySuch other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the Head of department from time to timeJob RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Engineering, renewable energy field or equivalentMinimum 3 to 5 years of O&M experience in the Solar PV industryPlanning experience in O&M will be a plusStrong team player with the ability to manage concurrent work demandsCompany information
