This position reports to the Supervisor of Customer Support in the payment team, which is responsible for managing queries in relation to customers' local or crossborder payments. Key stakeholders will include Relationship Managers, Transaction Banking team and other Global/Local banks.
Responsible for handling of customer's query pertaining their payments and provide accurate response on timely manner.
Investigate and manage any issue/query raised by the corresponding banks.
Participate in process reviews and implement workflow improvements to increases productivity, improve quality & manage operational risk.
Generate and prepare periodic reporting.

Requirements:

Degree qualified
Experience in banking and financial services or similar industries
Experience in customer service and in remittance or payments
Basic knowledge and understanding of related compliance requirements and industry best practices.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Word
