    Description
    • Manage all service and delivery scheduling functions for assigned store (s)
    • Manage customer enquiries and servicing schedules
    • Maintain service and delivery schedules based on outlined route list
    • Maximize delivery trucks and routes based on schedules and ensure that service and delivery goals are met
    • Run scheduling reports to ensure that the budgeted goal for deliveries is being met
    • Suggest and participate in developing "special" routes to satisfy out-of-area customer deliveries
    • Work closely with receiving specialist and inventory specialist on reschedules and product availability
    • Contacting customers in advance of the actual delivery and servicing with three-hour delivery windows.
    • Co-ordinating within internal department for changes in customers' order
    • Perform any ad-hoc admin and data entry duties
