This position is for PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH), a company under Kuok (Singapore) Limited.

Responsibilities:

Directly in charge for crewing of the PFS fleet
Oversee the day to day working of PFS Crewing Team
Ensure crewing requirements of PFS fleet are met, in accordance to service level agreements and customer expectations
Assist to develop / draw up crewing strategies, policies and procedures and ensure that they are implemented
Continually review crewing operations to optimize crewing related costs and ensure it is within budget
Engage with internal and external stakeholders
Manage issues related to crew, including P&I matters and claims
Actively establish and participate in crew engagement
Approvals of crew movements and payroll in CMS
Develop team members skills and competencies

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in HR/Crew Management preferred
Seagoing CoC is a plus
At least 8 years of experience in handling marine crew, with minimum 2 years in supervisory role
Good interpersonal and social skills
Positive with open growth mindset
Independent and resilient
Good knowledge of international crewing regulations including flag state requirements, STCW, ILO, MLC200
Strong team orientation and has the ability to manage cross cultural crew / relationships in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
