Job Description
· Assist to answer phone calls and take messages.
· To prepare drinks for guests attending meetings.
· To open the mailbox daily in the afternoon.
· Perform general administrative duties like counter duties, filing and documentation
· Maintaining proper filing of documents
· Checking & Booking of Air Ticket
· Managing Daily calendar & schedules of meeting room
· Assist on maintenance issue
· Keep track and place order of office supplies, stationery & drinks
· Supporting the Sales & Account department with other administrative tasks as and when required
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
