• Assist walk-in clients on account opening enquires/issues
• To make follow-up calls/emails to clients on verification, personal details update requests, compliance related matters
• Process Corporate Account Opening documents
• Support Live Chat enquiries
• Ad-hoc duties may be assigned when required

Job Requirements

• Min. 1 year of work experience in financial services industry
