Description
**Our client is a local company in Scientific and Medical industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Application Specialist to join their Sales Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central area - easily accessible.


Duties of Application Specialist:


  • Conducting product demonstrations and engaging in technical discussions.
  • Proposing comprehensive solutions in relevant fields.
  • Offering troubleshooting assistance for instruments, software, reagents, and experimental designs.
  • Organizing user meetings, workshops, and seminars to update customers on products and support.
  • Analyzing customer needs and matching them with appropriate products through scientific discussions.
  • Connecting and integrating available or customized technologies to cater to customer requirements.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve collective growth targets.
  • Preparing technical documents and reports for effective communication.
  • Managing the demo lab and maintaining good laboratory practices.

Requirements:


  • Master / PhD in Life Sciences or related disciplines
  • 2 years of experience in operating and troubleshooting scientific equipment
