Description
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate
IT Executive to be part of the Group IT Team.


Responsibilities

  • Provide daily technical support to end users, networking and server management issues
  • Responsible for smooth functioning and coordination of vendors
  • Prepare & implement Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all IT hardware & Software
  • Update and maintain Policy & Procedures for the IT Department and for the user departments
  • Manage Disaster Recovery Process and ensure regular daily backup
  • Monitor and maintain proper inventory of hardware and software licenses
  • Perform other IT or systems related task assigned by the management

Requirements:


  • Possess a Dip/ Degree in IT or related field
  • Entry level IT grads are welcome to apply
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant in network and system support
  • Resourceful & service oriented
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Willing to work in West
