**Our client is a market leader in the Real Estate Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Financial Reporting Assistant Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.Responsibilities:
- Oversee precise financial reporting, ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Manage monthly accounting tasks using SAP.
- Review financial statements and balance sheet details.
- Collaborate with external auditors for yearly compliance checks.
- Assist in reporting to key stakeholders.
- Analyze the impact of new accounting standards on transactions.
- Enhance internal controls and refine financial processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with a track record in improving operational accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is a must
