Description
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the sales process including customer service, product demos, present proposals and closing of sales and follow up for a specific product
- Assist in marketing product research and involved in the review process
- Incharge of daytoday operations and activities which includes administering everything related to product e.g. sales, procurement, aftersales
- Liasing with key clients on their requirements and needs
- In charge of overlooking all the channel and partners
- Conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements
- Overseeing sales forecasting, planning and executing promotional and marketing activties
- Liaise with all other sales related channels across the region
- Assist with any other adhoc marketing and product duties
