Job Description:

KARANA is ready for a new talented Marketing Coordinator in Singapore.

The marketing coordinator will support the company in developing, localising and executing marketing plans for the Asia Pacific and UK (tbc) markets.

There is a lot of opportunity to grow and scale with the team if you are the right fit and as Series A funding is secured.

• You will report to the Director of Growth. This scrappy and critical role will require a selfstarter who can take projects from start to finish by working with relevant stakeholders and pushing things forward to meet marketing deadlines, all the while delivering continuous feedback and insights to the company._

Responsibilities:

Events & Customer Activation

• Ownership of the Asia Pacific trade activation calendar, from concept to execution, covering customer activations, industry events and community / consumer events.
• Support the sales team with customer pitches and product demonstrations.
• Management of new customer launches, ongoing marketing support and instore visibility.
• Ownership and management of the Asia Pacific marketing budget.
• Construction of mobile trade units (eg Modular trade stands / Sampling Units / Pop Ups)
• Management of agency relationships (if required), across PR, Events and Design.
• Actively source and pitch strategic brand partnerships in line the company strategy.

Social Media

• Content creation for social posts in line with brand digital calendar.
• Management of social media channels, interaction and engagement with consumers and followers.
• Assist with influencer campaigns.

Design, Creative & Sales Collateral

• Manage designers in the delivery of creative assets.
• Localise global sales collateral and marketing assets for Asia Pacific markets.

Qualifications:


Recommended Skills & Experience:

• 02 years of experience in sales and/or marketing
• Experience in field sales and marketing for a food company preferred but not required
• Crossfunctional, collaborative work across teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience working at a startup is preferred
