    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in B2B marketing, with a focus on MICE industry expertise. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Marketing Strategy Development:

    · Collaborate with the marketing team and senior management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target markets.

    · Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices within the MICE industry.

    Brand Management:

    · Uphold and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging, design, and communication across all marketing channels.

    · Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing materials and campaigns.

    Marketing Promotion:

    · Develop marketing plans for each event, focusing on attendee acquisition, exhibitor/sponsor promotion, and overall event awareness

    · Conceptualise marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and videos to support sales and promotional efforts

    · Work with trade media and partners such as trade associations to extend promotional reach

    · Plan and make promotional trips to encourage more trade buyers to visit the events and also to encourage more cross-promotional partnership

    · Conceptualise and manage onsite programmes such as knowledge theatres and technology tours

    · Management of websites and execution of e-newsletters, as well as using the analytics to improve the marketing campaigns

    · Management of social media sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn

    Lead Generation and Conversion:

    · Implement lead generation strategies to capture and nurture prospective clients through the sales funnel.

    · Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead conversion strategies and optimize lead nurturing efforts.

    Other Marketing activities (including but not limited to):

    · Post-event marketing activities, including follow-up campaigns, lead nurturing, and post event marketing promotions

    · Manage any ad-hoc marketing initiatives that arise along the way

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

    · Proven experience (3-5 years) in B2B marketing, preferably in the MICE industry or event management.

    · Solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and customer journey mapping.

    · Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.

    · Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

    · Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.

    · Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying up to date with industry trends.

    · Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    · Knowledge and ability with IT systems including core MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
