With their ever-growing business, they are looking for a Senior Facilities Executive to join them.

Would this be the next career for you?

• Assist in the management of facilities management services for Site assigned
• Scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management etc
• Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
• Supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard.

• Location: Woodland North

If you are someone with the following, lets chat

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience in facilities operations management
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Possesses a valid Fire Safety Manager certification
