    Roles & Responsibilities

    Roles:

    The Human Resource (HR) cum Admin Executive will be involved in the full HR spectrum and is expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the HR office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Able to adapt to the various functions within the HR department
    • Updating of staff information in the database and Personnel File Maintenance and ensuring confidentiality at all times
    • Conduct newcomer's orientation process and briefing of employment for contract terms and conditions
    • Assist in all Recruitment Acctivities & Work Pass Applications such as Work Permit/SPass/EPass application and pass renewal
    • Maintain employees' leave record and medical claims
    • Maintain, upkeep company & departmental documentation of operational policy, rules and regulation
    • Maintain, upkeep and participate in ISO, BizSafe and other required certifications in Construction Sector
    • Communicate with the accommodation for foreign employees
    • Assist in administration duties when required and other ad hoc duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in HRM or its equivalent education certificate
    • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field
    • Good understanding of human resources functions
    • Able to exercise mature discretion on confidential issues
    • Possess excellent Verbal and Communication Skills with good interpersonal skills
    • Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices
    • Positive attitude, fast and independent with strong organizational skills
    • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
    • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
