    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Act as the main point of contact and intermediary between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Handle the CEO's calendar, arrange appointments, and facilitate meetings, including the compilation of meeting documents and presentations from relevant parties.
    • Assist in the submission of commercial tenders and project bids.
    • Aid in market research by creating and maintaining a market database, gathering, structuring, and analyzing business data.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma and above.
    • At least 3 years of experience in secretarial duties.
    • Proficient in business writing to craft reports and presentation slides for Senior Management and the Board.
