Job Description Summary:
Responsible for activities and processes that help the marketing and sales organization achieve business objectives.

This position works closely with the marketing and sales leaders for ensuring adherence to processes, filling the workflows, seeking approvals from different stakeholders while working towards to overall PDx ASEAN objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Marketing operations: Working closely in ensuring marketing processes like vendor onboarding and management, data management, approvals for marketing collaterals on Veeva Promomats, managing of documentation and ASTs for marketing programs and sponsorships among others
  • Sales Operations: Sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, lead for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews. Cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).
  • Developing conceptual knowledge of own discipline. Developing knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
  • Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
  • Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with min 45 years relevant experience demonstrated experience in a Marketing or commercial operations position
  • Prior experience working in or with Marketing/commercial in such a way as to be familiar with the function and its typical processes.
  • Proven ability to influence outcomes and people without reporting lines.
  • Clear and effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to encourage and model collaboration and professionalism, all while driving rigorous alignment to processes and accountability to outcomes.
